sheq

Safety, health, environment and quality

Equipment is only as good as the way it is installed, operated and maintained. Our SHEQ approach runs through specification, commissioning and ongoing support.

The four pillars

What SHEQ means in practice

S

Safety
Equipment is specified, installed and commissioned with guarding, isolation and safe operating procedures considered from the outset.

H

Health
Manual handling, noise and access are reviewed as part of the site survey so day-to-day operation is practical for site teams.

E

Environment
Installations are planned around containment, spill risk and material segregation appropriate to the streams being handled.

Q

Quality
Commissioning checks, documentation and planned maintenance are recorded so equipment performance stays consistent.

How we work

Applied across every installation

The same approach applies whether we are installing a single baler or rolling equipment out across a national estate.
Equipment standards
Machines are specified against the relevant standards for the configuration and site conditions.
Installation practices
Installations follow a method statement and risk assessment agreed with the site in advance.
Operator training
Training is delivered to the teams who will use the equipment, with records issued to the site.
Maintenance
Planned maintenance visits are scheduled around operations, with reactive support available.
Documentation
Manuals, certificates and service records are provided and can be reissued on request.
Continuous improvement
Findings from service visits and site feedback inform how future installations are specified.

Documentation

Documents and accreditations

Accreditations will be listed here only once they have been confirmed. Documentation relevant to your site and equipment can be requested at any time.
